HiFi Corp, pathetic online services

I order a Russel Hobbs Sandwich Presser online 4 July 2024. It took them a week for my delivery to arrive, upon the delivery, it was only the box of the product, without the protective box. The product seems used, I immediately contact them and they scheduled collection same day 10 July. I have been chasing them to collect the parcel and they said I should drop it off at the actual store. I opt for delivery as it is more convenient for me, driving to Fourways store and back home is petrol that I did NOT plan! Fourways store was the one that made an error, so my time and petrol should be sacrificed, NO, that's ridiculous !! They eventually collected the parcel 18 July and still waiting for a refund from them. Poor service !
