HiFi Corp order missing

Good day,I ordered a Russel Hobbs 1.7lt Kettle and a Sansui 9lt Mini oven on the 52/11/2021 order no *** ,I recieved the Kettle on the 29/11/2021 awhile later on the same day another courier said he had a delivery for us ,it was a mini car vaccum, I refused to take possession of that item as it was not my order. I have been in correspondence with a few people from HIFi Corp,however I still have not recieved the Sansui 9lt Oven .Their last email was - `Our people have let us know that your order has arrived...we`re all about service at HiFi Corp and are always looking for ways to improve`, The oven has not arrived at my address, I have photos and a video of the couriers who delivered here,I hope HiFi Corp are very proud of themselves for upsetting all my plans for my wifes bithday. I would like the oven or my money back...............Kind Regards M Meyer
