Made use of this service as there was really good deals on offer.Bought multiple items unfortunately none of these items is in stock and today I got a call asking me if I will be happy with a display unit. I paid for a new sealed item not something that stood on a shelve? And to top it all placed another order today, decided to choose the collect option I checked which store has stock and selected n1 city only to get a email a few minutes later informing me no stock. So you take my money but don't even have what you claim you have in stock. You might as well be ********* as you have my money yet I have nothing!! Please take some lessons from companies like Takealot as your service is pathetic. Don't think I would ever make use of it again. I will spread this service report far and wide as I feel consumers should be made aware of this so not to make the same mistake I made to trust Hifi corp online!
