Hifi Corp online store delivery delays and no support at all, stay away

buying online from Hifi Corp is not a brilliant idea. a few issues;

1. after you pay, you get a barrage of emails advising you of how your awesome package has been picked and packed and ready to dispatch and it ends there. 2. 7 days later you try to reach them because they tracking system says parcel is waiting to be picked up, you will get no one on the call centre and the IM program is worse. 3. How long does It take to transport a package from JHB to Nelspruit?

This is definitely never to be repeated, I will also advise a few of my buddies to stay away. they must rather stick to front store sales if they do not have the proper infrastructure. I have had to go and buy another phone from Makro as I am travelling and this was meant to be a present for my grand mother.
