hifi corp online shop - everyshop - horrible service

I bought a tablet from everyshop , which is run by hi fi corp JDG group on the 16th of July , till today i have not received my parcel, everyshop says it was handed to the courier and the courier said that their truck was highjacked so the tablet was ******. i have since then tried to contact everyshop and skynet and no one can help me, each of them are referring to the other business.

i do not know what to do anymore because these people are the worst .........
