Hifi corp online service is the worst!!!!

Their online service is horrible!! purchased something online on the last week of May and I still haven't received my order. Reached out to them via social media from the 4th of June because I couldn't track my order. they assured me 3 times on different days that order is on its way.

on the 23rd of June I decided to contact the call centre and I was told my item is still at the warehouse. Did they provide me with a solution? Nope
