HiFi Corp online purchasing

I bought a chest freezer on 21May , only reason i chose Hifi Corp because online it stated delivery 2 - 6 days (which in fact still state that when i track the order).I used the online chat services numerous times , no one can give me answers where or when the freezer will be delivered, i called the call centre on 03 June 2020 ,sent a email as well the same day (***) was told i will get feedback within 24hrs , no update received . I have never shopped at Hifi Corp before and i sure will never again . Could you please refund me so i can use Takealot or some other store
