Hifi Corp online purchases

I'm appalled by the service I got from Hifi Corp..Its disappointing how they dont care to respond to emails .I bought a fridge online on 09.12.2020 .I got the confirmation email for the order and SMS indicating the delivery will be on 11.12.2020..I have been following up on what is causing the delay and even asked for a refund .they have not even bothered to get back to me of give feedback
