HIFI Corp online orders - never delivered on time
They do not honor their delivery dates, In fact they just don't deliver. Don't be fooled by their low prices, this will cost you more in time and effort to even get your delivery. It's been 2 weeks now with 3 different delivery dates and each time no delivery. Their call center number is next to useless if they even answer the phone you are lucky. You will wait for at least 5 to 10 minute before their limited staff answer the phone but there is no real answers here. Buyer beware.

26 Dec 2025, 07:22Don't waste your time or money with this company. They never delivered or responded about my order so I cancelled after even more failures to deliver on the scheduled dates. Now they say they need to review the cancellation and wait for the stock to be returned to the warehouse before refunding which will take 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS, the warehouse where the goods are is their own and they never delivered the item so it is still in their warehouse, so it should be done immediately but this company is useless so now I have to wait for a refund. Will never buy from them again
