Hifi corp Online.. not recommended

For the dishwasher I ordered I could give 4 stars.. its different from the you tube video they use on adverti*****t. Delivery was quick.. But the cellphones I ordered is totally different. On the web it shows camera and 12 icons on the screen. But when I got that it is not nearly the same thing except the name... No camera at all,, 9 icons and some of the keys do not look like those on the photo from their web. I contact them via email, to show the difference and ask if they send the wrong phones... (on the 3rd of May) then a lady phone back and I could barely hear a thing because I am hearing impaired. She talks and talks then goodbye and there she's gone. (While I am still feeling like "huh? what happen?") I ask them again via email to please contact me and tell me what she actually said, and do this via email, because I cannot hear on the phone. But up to now, no one responds..its already the 7th of May.
