Hifi Corp Online NEVER AGAIN !!

Bought a UNIVA 201L fridge-Freezer online including delivery for R 2 899. After my Credit Card was debited I received confirmation and needed to allow 2 - 5 days for delivery - did not have the option of collecting it myself. On the 5th day I queried the status as the online tracker wasn't updating yet the call center said everything was OK and gave me revised D/Date which would be the 8th day, followed up the next day again and was told again that all still on track. After logging a complaint that its taking to long a lady named Palesa from H/O E-commerce phoned me and confirmed that all is on track and they were having problems with the online order tracker, and supp**** me with a Ref No for this. The Warehouse Store even made telephonically contact to confirm delivery for the following day and get directions. Contacted them on the delivery day again ( day 8 ) to confirm time from call center. On midday of the delivery day I suddenly received an email them from a Confidence Malomene saying "The Univa 201lt Fridge Freezer White UB225W that you ordered unfortunately does not have stock ". Mongezi N. the E-commence Manager has not had the decency to reply to any of my mails until yet, after I queried how they can except an online order with out having stock available nor giving me an alternative option - they still have my money and are offering a refund saying "A refund takes an estimated 7-10 business days to reflect in your account "- how convenient for them to solve the problem like this. I however believe that they noticed that the delivery address was to far away from their W/H and it was not viable for them to deliver for R200 and therefore they came up with the excuse the item is no longer available - yet it is still displayed on their website I can create a new order and still add this item to my cart at the now regular price of R 3 899.
