HiFi Corp online.

I bought speakers from HiFi Corp online on the 25th of November 2017 and opted to cancel the order the 27th. Today it's the 21st December 2017 and I still have not received my refund. I have spent a lot of money in airtime calling their offices trying to get my money. I will never buy anything from this company and I would advice anyone to stay away from them. What is happening to me can happen to anyone and they will continue doing **** this until they loose a large portion of their business then maybe they will take their customers seriously. Maybe this post will encourage a lot of people to sympathise with me and boycott HiFi Corp, maybe it will not have an impact, what ever the outcome, at least I tried to do something about my dissatisfaction.
