Hifi Corp not keeping their delivery promise

I bought a laptop online and I was supposed to get it 14th August 2020, i saw the tracking system does not show any movement, I contacted them one of their agents said it will be delivered Monday they are waiting for courier and just checked Facebook many people are waiting for their order and hifi corporation does not bother to inform their clients I am so disappointed that they are selling things that are out of stock.I sent emails trying to call to cancel my order still no luck
