Hifi Corp not delivering

So I recently placed a order for a fridge at hi-fi corporation I placed the order on the 8th of the 1st month 2020 and we are reaching the end of the month and I still have not received it. I have made numerous attempts to try to contact the head office and ask if it's possible for me to liaise with the warehouse to confirm if they actually have stock of the product because at the moment hi-fi corporation is holding onto my money with no guarantee of whether they will actually deliver the product or not, at this current point in time I'm extremely fed up and I'll just like my money back however no one is responding to my emails when I try to communicate with them for a withdrawal of my funds. For the life of me I can't understand how it is possible for a call centre to tell you that you cannot liaise with a warehouse to confirm whether they have stock or not and at the same time the exact same person at The Call Centre cannot confirm if the warehouse has stock of your item or not it really doesn't make any sense
