HiFi Corp must fall

Good day.

I am truly disgusted with the service I have received, rather the service I have not received from Hi-fi Corporation. For such a supposedly 'well' reputed business the service is absolutely unprofessional and no communication has been made after I paid online. I placed my order 3 days ago it's a birthday gift for someone, yet it hasn't been shipped, nor has the tracking status changed. This is absolutely ridiculous and this service is quite appalling.
