Hifi corp money heist

I ordered a fridge online and it was delivered. However it was faulty and they agreed to replace it. A few days after this complaint I asked maybe they should deliver the bigger one of the fridge make and I will happily pay as they are making the drive in anyway and the model I had was faulty. So I was told online it is possible. I followed up the next day with the call centre and a lady said no it's not possible the paperwork will take 7 to 10 days and the fridge wont be delivered for 2 weeks. This is all after the current faulty fridge was delivered in 3 days. Okay so mu food keep spoiling and the fridge keeps freezing and heating. Then I notice money going off my account from hifi corp. I joined the bank and was told hifi is deducting money and blocking the bank so they cant reverse it. I need to hifi for solution. Which I did they said go to nearest branch which I did in my small and short lunch break to be told no sorry they dont know what to do. So basically I am fridge less and hifi corp is deducting money from my account for no apparent reason. What do I do?
