Hifi corp menlyn, poor service.

I have bought a laptop for my brother a year ago. After a few months the laptop wouldn't switch on. I took the laptop in on the 7th of Jan and I am still waiting.The staff seem to be doing nothing until I follow up. They have no sense of urgency at all, 0 professionalism. They are hardly ever available to take my calls, everytime i want to follow up I end up driving 30km just to get feedback that is just as good as nothing. I'm neva buying a thing from this shop, ever.
