Hifi corp mastercare

Ordered a fridge online 2019/12/10 delivery as advertised would take place within 2 to 5 working days, phones always ringing last person i spoke to said the fridge is with mastercare for deliveries. 8days and im still waiting. Left many emails and complaints to no avail. If ypu could prpvide me woth a location i would go and pick up my fridge self or give a number of mastercare couriers services. Please assist urgently
