Hifi Corp Mall of Africa - Russell Hobbs Microwave

I bought a Russell Hobbs microwave in November 2021, it stopped working in April 2022, I took it back for repairs, where I bought it at Mall of Africa, they kept it for a month before I could get it back, few days after I got it back it stopped working I took it back again, after two weeks without a microwave they call to say it is fine I can come an fetch it, which was on the 16th of June 2022, same day I had to return it again, and told the manager George I want a new product or a refund, of which he refused and told me there is no refund and I cannot get a new microwave because he still needs to contact his supplier, Russell Hobbs to give him a go ahead to give me a new microwave, I don't have any business with Russell Hobbs I bought a microwave with Hifi Corporation Mall of Africa, your manager tells me about the policy, if you can not give me a new product then refund me my money then I will buy a microwave somewhere else, where they know a customer cannot return a product three times and you still tell them about stupid policy.
