HIFI Corp -LOWFI Corp a total ripp off

Terrible service and after service. I bought day before black Friday on the 24th November 2022. My order was split and I received 1st item after 5days with my phones ******,. they couldn't call but managed to deliver, TV was delivered 3 weeks later after numerous complaints and was delivered using a small car that couldn't accommodate a 50 inch TV, TV was damaged notified HIFI they told me to come into a store and bring the TV in for assessment and then based on the outcome it's either they will fix or refund, hence I buy online and pay for the delivery fee as I don't have time and work extremely long hours per week. I have been sending correspondence via chat on their website and getting auto answers, still waiting for them to come collect the TV. My advise do not buy from them once they have your money their after sales, is terrible, do not buy from them, I have always heard bad reviews about them, friends and colleagues alike and their bad service till I had to experience it myself, my advice do not even bother buying from them, to save yourself the pain and heartache of terrible service
