Hifi corp kenilworth centre Faried

Hifi Corporation in kenilworth centre is terrible. their terrible after sales is terrible. led under the worst supervisor Faried. i took my TV in for repairs on the 9th of janaury. to which i now find out my tv was only booked in on the 31st January. i kept needing to call them back for an update which they could never give, after faried assured me that he will call back. which he never done. ive wasted time and money and this is unacceptable. i still have no feedback regarding what is happening with my tv.
