Hifi Corp ke headache struu

Hifi Corp is one headache honestly I bought a washing machine online on 2nd of December 2024. The machine is faulty since from day one the elbow pipe is leaking when it drains water. I log in a complain 1st technician came and said he doesn't have the replacement pipe but he will come back on Friday to fix it well Friday took a whole month. I log in another complain well their excuse is they tried to call me but my contact wasn't going through, we'll that's strange because the technician that was sent did managed to locate my house. My ticket was closed mmm so they were calling me for what exactly? I logged in another complain 2nd technician came he glued the pipe he didn't bother to switch the machine on but I told him I need a new machine I can't go on like this every week I find myself calling for something that I paid for. They don't take their customer serious, no sense of emergency.
