HIFI Corp Jabulani disgusting service!!!

Hifi Corp Jabulani has the worst service ever!! My parents brought in their JVC tv for repairs and it has way passed the SLA date, the quotation has been fully paid. The complaint was escalated to their head office, handled by Tshidi with reference no. HFC-110407, my Father has been waiting for feedback since Friday. If the head office fails to handle the complain then I will escalate it to the ombudsman.
