Hifi corp is the worst place to shop

I bought a printer from them on the 17 November 2023 and the printer is giving us endless issues...... they said I must call Canon and report the issue. When I requested for a refund as I bought the printer from them they said no....

Printer not even 3 months old ....what now when I told them I will report them they said I must try ....they have a team of three lawyers
