HIFI CORP IS selling us lies.

Last week on Tuesday(10/11/2020) I bought a Samsung Galaxy A31 online. I received an email that my order was received successfully. They said the order will be delivered within 2-5days.I was unable to track my order ever since. On Saturday I called to as how far is my order and the guy said It will arrive on Monday or Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and they said that they'll send a ticket for late delivery. I called on Wednesday(18/11/2020) which was Yesterday and they said they'll call again I'm at 3pm but they never called. At 08:43pm I received an email that my order is out of stock and they will give me my refund. I'm beyond disappointed. They knew all along that the phone is out of stock but they didn't inform me.
