HiFi Corp *********** and disgraceful

This company is just not good enough to deal with online purchases. Bought a bar fridge on the 29th of November. Today is the 14th. My order status still read as "Received. Paid"

Numerous calls, emails - terrible communication methods. Phone being cut off. No reply on emails Got through twice and was actually able to speak to someone. Big promises made to escalate the issue... Supposedly tracking issues, stock issues, they even blamed Eskom. Promised that they will sort this out for me and phone me back. No responses from that! Unable to cancel order online.

I already had to go and purchase another bar fridge as initially it promised delivery 3-5 working days.

Why does anyone want to use such a low standard store! What a disgrace HiFi Corp!
