HiFi Corp, I am incredibly confused, please answer in writing

I am a little confused by HiFi Corporation, I placed an order on 15 Jul 2020, at 11:34. I received 3 seperate calls for delivery, they were for delivery last Friday, delivery for this past Monday delivery for past Tuesday. I have not received a single items. Then today i get an untitled invoice for the microwave which was part of the 15th July order (ORDER NUMBER : #***) that i have ALREADY PAID For in full. As of right now i have no clue why i am being invoiced a second time for the microwave, and i am also clueless as to when i can expect the items to be delivered, because none of the delivery dates i was called about were met. Call 18th July to advise delivery will be Tuesday. Call 15th July to advise delivery will be Friday Call 15th July to advise delivery will be Monday

Can someone email me and advise in writing when my delivery will take place and why I have received a seperate invoice reinvocing me for the microswave already paid for in my original order.
