Hifi corp has not given my refund

I visited the hifi corp in ballito junction and got a assisted by the store manager presha. I bought the fridge on the 15th of December 2025 the fridge was delivered and I paid for a brand new unit but it was delivered on Thursday the 18th of December and when it was delivered it was opened by the driver and there was scratches and dents on a brand new fridge the driver just left. The same day we requested a refund because we didn't want it and preferred to take our business elsewhere because of the pathetic service and its now the 24th of December the fridge still hasn't been picked up and no refund done. The service from hifi corp is pathetic and I will never recommend anyone to buy from here. Rakhee from ballito junction keeps calling us and yet it was presha who sold us this fridge. The only thing I want is my refund because this people we bought the fridge for is old they need their money and the fridge picked up so they can get another 1. Rakhee only calls to ask if we got a call from the warehouse and we haven't had 1 call from them the service is terrible and I want my money back.
