HIFI corp got their heads up somewhere.

Called help center several times, was told on Thursday the 30th of May at 17:02 that I could use a gift card to purchase products online, well apparently I can not, now I have a card with R4999 on it and it is useless to me, I am 300km from the nearest store, purchased a TV from them last year,set broke I drove all the way to the store to return it, took them 4 weeks to decide that they can not repair it that is why I got the gift card, called several times no one can find the previous complaints or internet chat that I have a copy of, absolutely pathetic.
