Hifi corp does not help customers who have ordered faulty items

Order number Bought a study desk. It was faulty and I logged a return via email. Received email from Lerato on 13 Feb and she/he said they escalated my matter. 8 days later nobody has come back to me to advise the way forward.

I would not recommend anyone buy from here again as the service once you have any issues is non existent .
