After reviewing both my recent and historical statements, I have identified a recurring issue: Payments (credits) are not consistently reducing the account balance In some instances, balances increase after payments are app**** Finance charges are being calculated on incorrect balances A “Journal Adjustment” has been app**** without explanation This indicates that my account has not been accurately maintained and may have been incorrectly inflated over time. This is not an isolated error but a pattern affecting multiple billing cycles.

I have called many times to resolve this issue and sent mails and all that happens is they sent me around in circles. You cannot get hold of managers and if you do they promise you they will rectify it and call you back, which they never do.
