Hifi Corp Customer Service

I advise the public to never buy online from hifi Corp. I got a call on the 22 Jan saying I am going to be refunded. Because I purchased online I need to wait 14 days for the credit. I did inform them I needed the refund urgently before Sunday because I saw another tab on sale and I they please prioritize the refund that would be great. I spoke the manager Ashveer who promised he will call me back and let me know, he never called. I sent 2 emails and got no response. They customer service sucks. My advice would be to never purchase online from hifi Corp. It's like they don't care. Its so easy for them to take your money but when it comes to a refund you need to beg for your own money. Absolutely pathetic!
