HiFi Corp customer care a joke

CAN SOMEONE IN HIFI CORP PLEASE ANSWER THEIR BEEPING PHONES!! IT'S NOT AN ORNAMENT TO MAKE OFFICES LOOK PRETTY IT HAS A PURPOSE.

After numerous calls to the customer care center that keep getting dropped in my ear, I'm done honestly. I'm starting to really appreciate the calls that never get answered at all when you call the individual branches (and I have called every single one in Durban.)

My problem: It's been a while my order still shows up as, order placed successfully, on order tracker. No word as to when I will receive it.

Give me the address at least I will pick it up myself.
