HIfi Corp : Courier / Service Delivery Is Non Existent.

I placed an online order. I received an SMS to advise that my order was with the courier. I called the Hifi Corp online service number to ask if the order would be delivered today 09/06/2023, as I did not receive a tracking number or name of the courier company. I called in at 08:20, 09:30, 10:15 & 12:20 all 4 times I was told the system is off line and they cannot provide me with any delivery information. The consultant could not advise when the system would be up and running again but more than half the day as passed. I urgently need my package to be delivered today. But with no tracking number and courier name I can't even make my own enquiries with the courier service to see if it can be expedited. I am very disappointed by the service and at this point I feel I should have rather gone instore to source the goods or rather gone to a competitor like Takealot where the delivery process is seamless. I will definitely think twice before using the service again.
