HIFI Corp Cornubia Mall - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I am very ****ed off at the service I have received from HIFI Corp Cornubia Mall. I bought a TV on 29/09/2024 and it has stopped working after two days of purchase. Following day, I took the TV to the store, they plugged it, and it wasn't working. They asked me to take it home and that someone was going to come home and check it. It is now 12/10/2024 and no one has come. What frustrate me the most is, my kids rely mostly on TV for their educational purposes, and this means they are missing out. TV also help me to keep my kids (6 year old and 1 year old) in one place. I am really frustrated and disappointed with your service. I will never recommend you to anyone!!! Please come take your TV and refund our money!!!
