Hifi Corp connectfin is a scarm

Think twice when you want to take credit with this guy's. I took a credit with them and I have settled the full amount already but they gave me a number and said I must call and tell them that I have settled the amount I mean is that my job or its their job. Now iam struggling to get thru to the call center people as the other department doesn't pick up the phone. I have hold the phone for more that 2hours straight with no pick up..
