Hifi Corp (Connect Financial Services - Useless)

I have been a Hifi Corp client for a few years now. In the past few years I have had 3 accounts of which 2 was paid off and the last one will finish soon. I have Never missed Any payments and my debit order always goes off on the agreed time. At a stage when I had 3 accounts, I was paying Hifi Corp around R2000 a month for my accounts. So clearly I can afford to pay it. My latest balance on the last account is under R3000. Now if I apply for anything online, I get declined and the excuse is I need to go to the branch with documents. What is the point of having an online option if it does not work. Or does Hifi corp discriminate now and think I cannot afford another Premium. Once I have finished the last account I have, I will NEVER apply for credit at Hifi corp again or any provider linked to them as I am being treated like a ******** not being able to pay my account, where in fact I have been one of the best paying customers. The hell with what ITC shows and what my credit score is. That is a load of ******* anyway and everyone knows that is just one ******* system. So if Hifi corp judges me by what is on my ITC then its their loss, because if they look at my bank statements they will see I can afford to pay them should I get more credit with them, but clearly business is not important to them...But let someone with a 2k salary apply for something and they probably get approved without question. What a ******* country this is. Pathetic. I will do business elsewhere from now on. Everytime I apply for credit online, I get a message saying 'Unfortunately your credit application was unsuccessful"..I wonder what hifi corp (Connect Financial Services) will say if I send a message saying, "Sorry, your debit order was unsuccessful and will be until further notice.....And I was called oneday and the person calling said I owe R3. Really. I was even in credit with over R400 so how the hell can I be in arrears with R3. And the cheeck to tell me to go to the branch to pay in the R3. ***** you. You have lost your mind. And I have noticed on my account that I owed X amount, and the next month the balance went up, instead of down after the debit order went off. So we pay, and as soon as the account reaches end of contract date, they add more charges. Technically I should be in credit. What a joke.
