HiFi Corp communication with customers

i ordered a heater from them off their website not so long ago & i was looking to return it as it was faulty but it seems they know nothing about customer communication. Tried their head office, their website & i even went in store! No Help at all!! I inboxed them on FaceBook, all they can do is read my message! Disgusting service from HiFi Corporation!
