HiFi corp can’t fulfil delivery requests

Patiently waiting for my refund after HiFi corp’s customer care chats and lines failed to help me reschedule my delivery. I called multiple times before delivery was due to try get an ETA, agreed on a time with the delivery driver, only to have to miss the delivery because he hadn’t arrived. I’ve been trying to Reschedule since Thursday with an agent hanging up on my partner and another pushing the delivery forward to Monday after I’ve mentioned multiple times that I’m only available on weekends. I trust my refund won’t cause me the same unnecessary back and forth. I hope each call truly is recorded because these agents require training
