HiFi Corp cancels order due to their mistake!

We placed an order on the HiFi Corp website. After 3 days we did not receive any correspondence. We emailed to enquire and were told that they can't honour our order as it was an error even after charging us for it. What kind of business practice is that? You have already taken our money. Absolutely ********* and terrible service.
