I bought a washing machine 3 months ago UNIVA 7kg at n1 city . It’s faulty now I tried contacting the company ,wrote emails , went there physically they said they will log a complaint it’s been a month now when I called them they said they can’t see my details and there was no complaint logged . Hay poor service shame I will now return it myself it’s tiring and it’s a waste of my airtime.
