HIFI Corp BOKSBURG - Unprofessional CLOWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We Purchased a TV Unit from Hifi-Corp Boksburg at East Rand Retail Park on the 30th of March 2025. On the 8th of November we returned this unit as it was faulty and still under warranty. I signed the documents that stated my "job" will be dealt with and resolved within 21 Working days. Julias Ntsane is the name that was on the documents. He/or someone else then made contact with me asking me to send them the copy of the slip. I sent this to email belonging to Shiela Jonas on the 8th. On the 10th they asked me again for the slip. I mailed again. Then a week later they asked me AGAIN and said please send this on whatsapp.... Whatsapp so unprofessional. Now please get this, I get told that the technician must fetch the unit and then advise, 100% but now I need to phone and request feedback. Upon doing this I get told "the technician was here and collected" now we are already on the 12th. Then on the 15th I get told the technician has not fetched yet, different story. In between all this, SHIELA closed the job and then opened a NEW job just to play with time. Now instead of 21 days, today 02/12/2025 I get advised we are on 11days only, Oh and also now the technician was only there last week Thursday. He now needs to order parts. I have taken this complaint to the store and spoken to the Manager and she said she will personally contact me, till today NOTHING!!! Then I complained to HIFI Corp Customer Care, also NOTHING after I was emailed and have proof they say that they will get back to me in 24 working hours. WOW 3days later I have to phone. I took my complaint to the CGSO Consumer Goods and Services Ombud and they are now escalating the situation. I also made contact with Pepkor (The Holding/Parent Company for Hifi Corp) and they are yet to respond. I think that they are highly unprofessional and a bunch of ****s and they have no idea what customer service entails. They cover up everything and just don't care. I luckily being well taught, have gathered proof and copies of all communication including phone recordings. HIFI BOKSBURG are a bunch of clowns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
