Hifi Corp Boksburg

I bought a Gas hob from HIFI Corp in boksburg in aug.

Last month one valve was faulthy, which is non-functional. This was reported at the store, where a JOB was logged . Due to a return policy NO one explained or made aware of - they now need to send out a technician to access the unit. It has been 2 weeks with no response , complaints lain , numerous calls and emails.

They want me to pay for the Repair , which is unacceptable as this is a 3 month old unit.

Now I am chasing after them to get any response or feedback .

Pathetic service !!
