Hifi Corp - Baywest - Shocking Service

I visited the Baywest Mall store daily between the 3rd and 10th of Dec to apply to purchase a washing machine and microwave on account. I was assisted by Glynnis. There was a problem with validating my finger prints on the biometric system and Glynnis eventually told me to go to home affairs to have it resolved. I went to home affairs and then back to the store. On the 10th of Dec, Glynnis was able to finalize my application and I was approved. I was told that my appliances will be delivered by the 11th of December if the debit order is authorised by COB on the 10th Dec. I was unable to authorise the debit order on the 10th because my online banking app was offline. I did however authorise the debit order on the 11th Dec and was not expecting delivery of my appliances on the same day. On the 15th of December I called Glynnis and she informed me that the driver is on his way to PE from EL and that I might receive my order late on the 15th or on the 17th. On the 17th I then called Glynnis again and she told me that the guy will arrive at the store at 12:00 and then she'll find out where my order is and let me know. I called Glynnis back after 13:30 on the 17th and she still didn't have an answer. On the 18th I sent Glynnis an email and she responded that her manager will be in from 12:00 and she will get him to call me. At 13:30 I called the store and no one answered. I waited a while and tried again, and still no one answered. It is now the 20th of December and I still don't have any update on when I will receive my order. This service is shocking. The staff at the store should not promise what they can't deliver and I understand things go wrong and its a busy time of the year, but then keep your customers updated. Customer service means nothing to the management at Baywest.
