HIFI Corp Baywest is a ****

HIFi corporation are a ****. Bought a tv Aug 2020 and it broke April 2021. It's been 2years since I tried to get them to repair my tv and my case was at the ombudsman. If you are considering supporting them and you are within your warranty rights to return something and they do not look into factory fault then remember me have a full on argument with two of their staff members and it excalating to me getting lawyers involve. The customer service is 0 out of 10. Don't know why there is anymore HiFi corps in PE. I might just be one customer but I was a cash buyer whose support you will never see again.
