HIFI CORP BAD SERVICE

Orded on 09th june today is 24 june and havent received my parcel, tried to lodge a complain and given a reff number ,after 5 days i still not get helped , i have been given numbers to phone couries to check and no one want to assit me, my business is surfering because of hifi corp. reff was *** oder no ***-1
