Hifi corp bad service

Good day, i booked my Tv for a re-repair at HiFi Corp Jabulani Mall Soweto on the 17/11/2018 and i just went there today if how far it is with the repairs. To my amazement it is still there in the shop it has not been collected yet for repairs yet when i took it to southgate hifi corp it was collected and repaired in 8days or so. I want to know is this the quality i get from Hifi Corp
