Hifi Corp bad bad service online sales

Ordered 2 items online on 19th October. It states delivery within 3-5 working days. On 27 October still no delivery. Then after several emails and phone calls I received one of the two items on 31 October. As today 02 November still waiting for 2nd item. No response from Hifi head office as to where and when it is.
