Hifi Corp - Appaling service

23rd November , we purchased a TV online, because the TV license was in my name and not the name of my husband (whose online account was used) we were told that the sale will not be processed. Then we decided fine if you dont want to sell us the TV then cancel the order. On the 27th we spoke to Chauntique C Sylvester, and was told the order will be cancelled... and the refund will be done 5-7 working days....4th December the TV gets delivered after the order was cancelled??????? i redused to take delivery of it and told the courier to take it back. i called on the 5th... no mamm the warehouse must till issue a refund order....

its the 19th December and i have been calling on a weekly basis and not gets done. I still do not have my refund,

Someone please tell me what i can do to get my money back. Its my money...
