HiFi Corp and JD Online systems are poor, poor, poor

Since 19 Dec 2019, I have received very poor service from HiFi Corporation. I tried to apply for laptop under the MTN deals in Woodmead, and no success. I then went to HiFi Corp Rosebank and I app**** for Telkom Laptop deal, and again no success. The stores keep telling me there is an IT glitch which never gets resolved. I mean why did they even advertise those deals back in Dec, because up to the end of Jan 2023, they had not resolved their issues. Nothing gets followed up, and the client must always call them how far are things.
